We won’t normally take kitchens (as they are bulky, often in dubious condition and relative to a custom space), but this was too good to leave in a house set for demolition.
This one came from a recent house strip out in Toorak.
4 complete units as pictured. Miele dishwasher (built into cabinetry) , Smeg (opera series 900mm electric/gas top oven) with Qasair rangehood. All appliances were tested prior to stripping out… all in good working order.
Timber carcasses with marble bench tops, stainless to the left and right of stove, double ceramic sink and quality tapwear.
All overhead units have LED over bench lighting built in underneath.
I have endeavoured to describe each unit with sizing written onto the printed photos (see pictures).
Pantry shelving… doors are steel mesh.
All other visible shelving units are glass enclosed fronts.
Please note: there are no kickers with each unit, and the pantry unit, only the door front is available as the carcass was too difficult to remove. (Can be seen in photo number 3, to left of the stove unit).
There is also no splashback (as seen in picture behind stove).
Please note as well that the sink unit in the picture shows one very long continuous piece of granite with sink cut out. For extraction, this was cut carefully into the three pieces, 2 each of drawer units and 1 behind the sink. Will need to be joined.
These have all been removed with care with a mind for resale.
And are sitting in their complete sections on pallets in our big shed in Castlemaine.
